The BM110 Series is a professional-grade automatic focusing fiber laser cutting head, developed by RAYTOOLS AG of Switzerland and introduced in 2019. Engineered for high-speed, high-precision laser processing, this cutting head is designed for continuous, stable operation under high-power laser systems.
It features a built-in motorized drive system that adjusts the focusing lens within a 24mm range via a linear mechanism. Through programmable control, the BM110 enables automatic and continuous focus adjustment, allowing for fast piercing of thick metal sheets and adaptive cutting of various material types and thicknesses.
The system integrates a D30 compound lens group to optimize beam shaping, while the advanced optical path and water-cooling design enhance stability and longevity, even in demanding industrial environments.
